My first impression of the restaurant soon faded after seeing the disorganized chaos in the kitchen and front service counter of the Burger King. The problem I see here is clearly MANAGEMENT. The facility was disgusting, seriously. Trash on the floors, dirty counters, tables and the one automatic drink machine they offered in the dining area was completely out of straws, and with the lack of service I actually found the straws myself and restocked them for the crew there, lmao. It says hiring outside and short crew I can understand but I waited 15 minutes in the lobby for a very small order. Our food was received cold and after dining in the disgustingly dirty play room to let me kids play a little bit I kindly reminded myself why this place is always hiring and why I never eat here. What a gross establishment, management here needs to hire a crew that is able to take care of the place. The funny thing was they had an A food restaurant rating grade on the wall. Was the inspector high on bacon grease that day??? YUCK PLACE.May 11, 2017
